Expert Blu Universal

The Expert Blu mouthpiece is a slightly shaped bit that helps follow the confirmation of the mouth and tongue, the blue sweet iron on the arms of the bit stimulates the horse to mouth better and the lozenge that is made from a copper alloy is a warmer metal that helps the horse accept the bit. The double joint help relieve the nut cracker action giving less pressure on the lips, bars and corners of the tongue and helps the bit follow a better shape through the mouth not exerting any point pressure

The Universal Cheek

Our ever popular and versatile Universal ring can be used in four different set ups.

1. As a loose ring snaffle with the rein on the middle ring.
2. Adding a little more control using poll pressure with the rein connected to the bottom ring. Which will have a head raising action
3. Used with double reins if optional control is needed.
4. We can also supply this bit with a curb strap, attaching it to the top rings under the chin to introduce curb pressure and increased control.
